Cariñena, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah, D.O. Conca de Barberà, Clay loam soil, 12-16 months in oak, Alcohol %: 14.5 Vines located in the area of the cellar, at an altitude of 470 meters. The grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 25 and 28 °C. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged in new and used barrels for 12 to 16 months.
