2011 Bunnell Family Cellar Grenache
Grenache has long been grown in Washington but primarily for Rosé wines. Now, with the new sources of plant material more suitable for red wine production, we are beginning to see the potential for this variety in the Columbia Valley. Grenache has a wide range of expression and can be floral, fruity, and quite spicy. Soft tannins make it imminenently drinkable at an early age.
